The location was excellent. i easily walked to many attractions, including nyhavn and amelienborg palace. the staff at the front desk provided attentive service . They were always available and helpful.

the room i initially received felt quite small and lacked natural light.

I found the location quite pleasant. The hotel sits on a beautiful street with a park leading to the harbor. Proximity to shops, restaurants, and museums is convenient. I appreciated the central location. Many restaurants were within a short walk. I enjoyed the very good breakfast each morning. The rooftop patio offered a nice space to relax. A convenient shortcut provided quick access to the canal area. I found it easy to navigate the city from this spot.

The floor heating in the bathroom seemed to remain on, even during the warmer summer months. This. But it wasn't a deal breaker.
